1. No Returns on Customized Orders

All customized and printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been approved and production has begun.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement

We offer free replacement or reprint in the following cases:

  • Printing errors or defects caused by our team
  • Damaged items received during delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered

3. Issue Reporting Time

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request, please share clear photos or videos showing the issue.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • We are unable to reprint or replace the product
  • Order is cancelled before production starts

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • Errors in customer-provided designs, text, or specifications
  • Minor color variations (screen vs printed output)
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

6. Return Conditions

  • Valid proof of issue must be provided
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is from our side, NexoPrinters will cover all shipping costs
  • If the issue is due to customer error, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility
